I’ve Heard of Crazy Neighbors, but This Takes the Cake!
August 20, 2012 1:20 PM Apparently a Fort Collins man has been arrested for harassing his neighbor with a baby.
The Coloradoan reported today that a Fort Collins man has been arrested for being the opposite of neighborly.
The man was arrested Saturday for spraying a woman in the face with a garden hose, setting her landscape on fire and knocking on her door repetitively with a stick.
The 47 year old man, Albert Lee Cowell is said to have some mental health issues.
Although there is no further information the police report that Cowell was charged with second degree kidnapping earlier this month.
