It’s a Slow News Day [PICTURES]

Nothing beats the smell of BBQ, the sight of a new coat of paint, a good burnout...and hot asphalt!

I have no idea why I am so jazzed about this, but I am!  Connell Resources knocked it out of the park on our new parking lot and the crew flat out did an amazing job.

I've been here now almost 15 consecutive years believe it or not and have seen Windsor grow and change and have seen some very exciting things around this beautiful town but none more so than our new parking lot.

Those of us who have been here for over a decade have seen holes turn into gaping chasms with one in particular you could have hidden a body or a compact car in if you had to.

Not anymore baby!

We have a brand new parking lot that now looks like a football field, or seems like it anyway. And you, the listener and prize winner, will appreciate the fact that parking will be doubled and you will be able to actually park in a real striped spot and not have to dodge and weave down the less than one lane on a busy day.  And don't tell my boss but come to find out I know some guys on the Connell Resources crew and they are going to stripe in some "bike only parking" spots!  Ssssshhhhhhhhhh  Once it's striped it's too late right?
