I Was There When Martina McBride Made Her Major Tour Debut 25 Years Ago Today

It was 25 years ago today that Martina McBride jumped from behind the counter selling t-shirts to getting on the big stage for her first major tour debut and it happened right in our backyard and I was there. I will never forget that show. It was one of, if not the best concert I have seen.

McNichols Arena in Denver held a lot of memories for me before it was turned to rubble. There were some great shows including this one. Martina opened the show and then Chris LeDoux came out and blew up the place and Garth destroyed what was left. I brought my ticket stub from the show along when I saw Garth a couple of years ago to show him.
