It's a horrible let down to make a resolution only to 'fail', that's why I don't make them. In my mind, if I don't have what it takes to stop eating fries, shop online or buy another pair of boots during the year how do I think that a new year is going to make the difference? Well, I know a lot of people that resolve to tackle some big resolutions, so how are you doing on your losing weight resolution?
