Here’s A Novel Idea That Never Caught On [VIDEOS]

Here is something you don't see everyday.  Maybe we should be thankful for that?  However, what a marvelous idea and to be honest, I want one, please!

Hard to imagine this idea from 1974 never caught on.  I wonder why?  Seems pretty safe. I want one, this is just brilliant, I think.

I especially love the Suburban look on this idea. (Video's #2 and #3.) As you will see in the third video I believe, you can even access your camper directly from the tow vehicle. Again, how dangerous can it be and I image a ton of fun and those pesky corners and backing into tight spaces...a thing of the past.
