Cold weather, nasty roads and possible school cancellations are in are very near future. It's not so much the snow, it's the brrrrr, cold!

The National Weather Service has been forecasting snow for much of the country and we are no different, but man, enough already!  Next season please...

Our forecast is calling for more snow but it's the bitter cold temps that will suck the life out of us the new few days.  In fact, with highs tomorrow around -20 with the wind-chill, don't be surprised to see many schools close their doors to keep kids home warm and safe. (It doesn't take much to freeze at a bus stop in this weather.)

Here is your latest forecast:

Occasional snow, mainly before midnight tonight. Patchy fog after midnight. Low around -6. East northeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible. Wednesday A 20 percent chance of snow. Cloudy and cold, with a high near 4. Wind chill values as low as -17.
