In some cities like Portland, Oregon, there are as many or more food trucks than there are actual restaurants. And now with TV shows about them, the popularity of the mobile vendors is at an all-time high. Fort Collins continues to add more food trucks to the scene, and for the 5th year in-a-row, the town will celebrate the trucks with the Feasting Fort Collins Food Truck Festival tonight (May 2nd).

The event will take place outside Pateros Creek Brewing Company starting at 6 P.M. tonight, and will feature six food trucks that will gather in the brewery’s parking lot, along with a bouncy castle for the kids. Inside the brewery there will be a commemorative beer called What the Truck IPA will be served up along with live comedy.

The trucks that will be serving you include Common-Link, Umami, The Goodness, The Old Town Pearl, Matador Mexican Grill and Butter Cream Cupcakery.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children, and can be purchased HERE. Admission includes a meal, beer and a cupcake, plus 10 percent of the cost will go toward the Food Bank for Larimer County.
