Area fishing enthusiasts, both men and women, will enjoy the Rocky Mountain Flycasters free annual Guest Night November 18. The program will include presentations by both the Colorado Women Flyfishers and noted author and guide Pat Dorsey of the Blue Quill Angler in Evergreen, Colorado.
Colorado Women Flyfishers encourages and supports women who enjoy flyfishing with trips and educational opportunities. Dorsey has been fishing in Colorado for 35 years and guiding for 24. He trains guides, creates fly patterns, is a field editor for Fly Fisherman magazine and is author of three books.
The meeting will take place Wednesday November 18th at the Fort Collins Senior Center, 1200 Raintree Drive. Social hour and a fly tying demonstration begin at 6:30, with the program at 7 pm. The event is free.
