HOURS and COMMUNITIES

PARADE HOMES ARE OPEN - September 11th, 12th & 13th and 18th, 19th & 20th.

Hours: Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 10am-5pm

We encourage you to pick up our Parade magazine before your arrival to verify model home and community addresses. Parade magazines are available in each Parade home and can also be found as an insert in many local newspapers such as the Coloradoan and Reporter Herald on the weekends preceding the Parade. You can also view and download the magazine on our website. Just click the Tab on the main Parade of Homes page.

There is no cost for the Parade. It is a self guided tour for you to enjoy at your own pace.

COMMUNITIES

The NOCO HBA Parade of homes is a scattered site parade, therefore; please check the "PARADE HOMES" tab for the exact address of the community the homes you want to visit are set in.

"To privately view any of the properties", please contact the builder or contractor directly to make private appointments. During the parade homes are open as listed, but you may always contact the builders directly for private viewings during non-parade hours.

People’s Choice Award

Ultimately, buyers decide which homes suit them best. At the 2015 NOCO HBA Parade of Homes, attendees can make their voices heard by selecting an entry for the People’s Choice Award.

To participate, you must visit at least 5 houses, as verified by a builder representative at each site. Then, select your favorite and drop your ballot (available in the NOCO HBA Parade of Homes guide, online on this HBA Parade of Homes website, and available at each Parade Home; in any home’s ballot box.

Eligible voters are automatically entered to win the viewers grand prize. The builder/remodeler who receives the most votes from attendees in the People’s Choice Award contest wins a plaque, an award and recognition through NOCO HBA media promotion. The Peoples Choice Award is the most coveted award of the NOCO HBA Parade of Homes.
