WORLD FAMOUS LIPIZZANER STALLIONS WALTZ INTO BUDWEISER EVENTS CENTER FOR TWO SHOWS ON MOTHER'S DAY, MAY 8

The graceful dance of the Lipizzaner Stallions is a breathtaking ballet over 400 years in the making. A highlight of the performance is their spectacular leaps and maneuvers known as the "Airs Above the Ground" which were born in the fury of the battlefield. Now these stunning maneuvers are preserved as an equestrian work of art that patrons can witness from the safety of their seats. While maintaining a classical presentation of the Lipizzaner, also featured at the event is the forefather of the Lipizzaner - the Spanish Andalusian. Over the years, more than twenty-five million people throughout North and South America, The United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Hawaii have seen this internationally acclaimed spectacle.

Lipizzaner's are a rare and unique breed; its history and culture is known worldwide. The Walt Disney movie The Miracle of the White Stallions, depicting General George S. Patton saving them at the end of World War II from certain extinction, created an even greater worldwide interest in the Lipizzaner breed. Had it not been for Patton, there would be no Lipizzaners today.
