The Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment is offering a FREE health screening on Wednesday, December 9 from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. This screening is to heighten the awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of disease. This screening is intended for adults with limited access to preventive health care. Men and women are encouraged to participate and Spanish translation will be available.
This health screening is located at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 1311 3rd St., Greeley. The screening includes: blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure. No appointments are necessary and participants are encouraged to fast for 8 hours- which means no food or drinks, water is okay.
