The Lagoon Summer Concert Series has been a summer event in Fort Collins for over 17 years, thanks to the generous support of Colorado State University, this event has continued to thrive and grow into the success it is today. The free concerts will be held, weather permitting, on Wednesday nights starting June 29 and ending on August 10.

July 20th- The Hollyfelds

The Hollyfelds came together in May of 2006 to record their EP, File Under ‘H’ for Toy, where they quickly created a name for themselves throughout Colorado. The Hollyfelds, who named their band after a character in the 80s teen movie “Real Genius,” departed from the musical style of the 80s film from where they took their name, and instead went for a more traditional sound. The Hollyfelds take classic country, rock and pop and put it together with a touch of folk and bluegrass to create a new type of alt-country. It is music that, as Westword mag
