BrightonMusic Orchestra will present its free season finale, “Stage and Screen” on Sunday April 24 at 4 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 510 South 27th Avenue, Brighton.
There will be a 3:30 pre-show performance by Bright’n Jazz, who will do classic TV and film pieces including Sentimental Journey, Pink Panther, and Glenn Miller’s In the Mood. The orchestra will feature medleys from “Phantom of the Opera,” “Pirates of the Caribbean,” and Aaron Copland’s “Rodeo” as well as movie themes by John Williams.
As always, admission is free and open to the public, but bring a dollar or two for the bake sale!
