We’re bringing back over 20 breweries, several micro-distilleries and craft beer-inspired local food pairings to help you find your inner beer enthusiast. For most of us, that inner resides closer to the outer and needs but a gentle nudge. For the rest, we leave it to the creative wizards of hops, malt and timing to coax out the more resistant. There is a lid for every pot or a brew for every palate and we’re here to help you discover what that might be.
In addition, we are pairing once again with The Animal House Rescue & Grooming as our beneficiary partner. Our goal to help raise $11,000 in ’11 will be in large part due to your involvement and attendance. Of course, if we exceed that number, we’ll raise 11,000 + 1 toasts to all of you fine folks out there and ask you to pat your backs, your pup’s head, and feel good about drinking beer to save a dog.
