The 2015 US Armed Forces Country Music Festival will be held on July, 11, 2015 at the Air Force Falcon Stadium in Colorado Springs, CO. The event will be held to support Project Sanctuary (www.projectsanctuary.us).
There will be many country acts to enjoy during the festival. The artists that are already confirmed to be there are Janine Stange, Jamie Tate, Lindsay Broughton, The Joey James Band, The Darlins, Patten and Goff - currently active Air Force, The Black Rose Band, and The Flying Wrangler's. Closer to the event, the headliner will be announced and tickets will then go on sale.
There will be 2 stages - Day stage (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) in Falcon Alley and the main headliner stage (4 p.m. to 10 p.m.) in the stadium itself. Falcon Alley will hold vendors, family friendly activities, small stage band merchandise tents, Military recruiting tents, general Military info booths (USO, First Command etc.)
Security will be provided by E-9 the bases approved security company owned by Veterans. We hope to hold an amazing opening ceremony with a possible fly by, Air Force band etc.
