HOURS and COMMUNITIES

PARADE HOMES ARE OPEN - September 11th, 12th & 13th and 18th, 19th & 20th.

Hours: Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 10am-5pm

We encourage you to pick up our Parade magazine before your arrival to verify model home and community addresses. Parade magazines are available in each Parade home and can also be found as an insert in many local newspapers such as the Coloradoan and Reporter Herald on the weekends preceding the Parade. You can also view and download the magazine on our website.

There is no cost for the Parade. It is a self guided tour for you to enjoy at your own pace.
