It’s usually not too hard to convince me to eat at the Rio. Enjoying margaritas and tacos in Old Town Fort Collins is pretty awesome. Coming up in April however, there is extra incentive to enjoy it.

Every Wednesday in April, 10% of the Rio proceeds will be helping to fund CSU Rams Against Hunger. They provide emergency food relief for CSU students who experience food insecurity, which they say is about 10% of students.

So there you have it, extra reason to enjoy the Rio in Fort Collins on April 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26.
