Dwight Yoakam Released One the Greatest Albums of All Time Today in ’93 [VIDEO]

I have a short list of the greatest country albums of all time. Gary Allan's "Smoke Rings in the Dark" is on my list as is Eric Church and his album "Chief" and another one in my top 5 was released on this date in 1993. It was Dwight Yoakam's "This Time."

In 1993 Dwight was rocking it big time and although he has released so many great albums, he came out with what I consider his best work that year. The album contained the big hits "Fast as You", "A Thousand Miles From Nowhere", "Ain't That Lonely Yet" and many more classics. I still pull this one out several times a year and is a must for any road trip I have. Here are a few of my favorites from that awesome album that came out 22 years ago today.
