Do You Use “Baby Vomit” Cheese in Your Lasagna? [POLL]

Today is National Lasagna Day. I love me some tasty lasagna. We have eaten lasagna for Christmas Eve all of my life. I am rather particular about my lasagna. I only use my mom's recipe. I know most people use ricotta or cottage cheese in theirs but that stuff reminds me of baby vomit and has no place in my lasagna. How about you? Do you like baby vomit cheese in yours.
