Did You Know K99 Appears in the Movie American Sniper? [PICTURES]

I have watched the movie 'Amercian Sniper' several times but it wasn't until yesterday that I found out that K99 appears in the movie. I was having lunch with an old friend and coworker Dan who asked if I knew that a poster featuring K99 was in the movie. I was stunned. I went home and watched the movie again and BAM, there it was.

If you have the movie, put it in and cue the movie to 9 minutes and 50 seconds into it. There is a scene where Chris sees a news report that changes his life. Look at the wall behind him as he sees the TV screen. You will see a poster for a Jerry Jeff Walker show at the Mishawakafrom August of 1994. If you look at the bottom left side of the poster you will see the old K99 logo. It is the second logo in from the left on the bottom of the page. I have included a very blurry picture, but you get the idea. It is much more clear on your TV screen. It is eleven seconds of movie history for us. I vividly remember going to that Jerry Jeff show and hosting our party bus up the mountain. Who would have thought that night would end up in one of the biggest movies of the last few years? K99 is in a Clint Eastwood film! How cool?
