CDOT Looking to fill 100+ Positions to Plow and Maintain Roads
The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) is getting ready for winter by hiring permanent and seasonal full-time and part-time snowplow drivers and road maintenance workers across the state. Are you interested in joining the men and women dedicated to keeping Colorado highways safe?
Positions are available in regions across the state, including the Denver Metro area, the I-70 mountain corridor and other mountain areas, the Front Range, the Western Slope and the Eastern Plains. Target cities include Crook, Idaho Springs, Joes, La Veta, Leadville, New Raymer, Silverton, Telluride, Vail Pass, Walden, Wolf Creek Pass, Yampa and many others.
Full-time positions offer full benefits and promotional opportunities. Temporary seasonal positions generally last up to nine months and are a great way to gain work experience with CDOT. Certain positions also offer a housing allowance.
All of these positions require a Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License for the state of Colorado as well as heavy equipment operator and heavy labor experience.
