Yesterday, searchers with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the Frederick Police Department found what they believe to be the bodies of 4-year-old Bella Watts and 3-year-old Celeste Watts. The remains of their pregnant mother, 34-year-old Shanann Watts, were found earlier on property in northern Colorado owned by Anadarko Petroleum Corp. The father, 33-year-old Christopher Watts, is being held on suspicion of killing his wife and daughters. They were reported missing Monday, Aug. 13, 2018. Authorities believe the three died in their home.

On Thursday evening, several high-ranking sources told Denver7's Jennifer Kovaleski that the bodies of the two young girls were found inside oil and gas tanks that "were mostly full." The high ranking sources told Kovaleski they believe Watts placed the bodies of 4-year-old Bella and 3-year-old Celeste in the oil and gas tanks in order to conceal the smell from passersby.

Chris Watts spoke of his missing family when he was interviewed by various media outlets. We saw his interview on NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt. Hours later he confessed to killing all three family members
