Yelp recently put Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs on their list of Most Outrageous Hot Dogs. The hot dog is not about the toppings. It is about what is inside of the actual hot dog.

Yes, you read that correctly. And yes, there is ostrich inside of the hot dog.

Yelp spoke with the owner about the creation and he says that a well-known Alaska delicacy, the reindeer hot dog, inspired the ostrich dog.

You can choose the toppings. They have other unique meats such as rattlesnake and rabbit, wild boar, elk, and more.
