Every morning when I sit in my radio studio I get to look out at those beautiful Rocky Mountains. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful sight each day. Hard to be in a bad mood when you get to see that beauty each day. I know there are other mountain ranges in the country but I can't imagine a sight more breath taking than the Rockies.

Country music has had many songs through the years that talk about mountains. From sweet Loretta Lynn's "High on a Mountain Top" to Dolly's "Tennessee Mountain Home" we have had our share of mountain songs.
