I have noticed a trend lately in several country songs. There are references to rock n roll supergroup Guns N' Roses. Chris LeDoux once sang that "even cowboys like a little bit of rock n roll" and apparently many of today's artists agree and Guns N' Roses seem to be the flavor of the week.

Thomas Rhett has the new hit "T-shirt" which talks about looking like a "Guns N' Roses video" and Keith Urban sings about having "Guns on the radio" in the new song "Wasted Time'. There are a couple of album cuts from big artists that talk of GNR too. Brantley Gilbert has a song called "My Baby's Guns N Roses" and Old Dominion talks of "Paradise City" in their song "Song for Another Time". Heck even Carrie Underwood covers Guns N Roses in concert. Here are few of the examples I speak of.
