Now, WCDPHE is encouraging teens to try My Life, My Quit, a confidential and free resource designed to help young people quit vaping and smoking through coaching sessions, support and more.

We interviewed Melanie Cyphers, RN, BSN, Weld Substance Abuse Prevention Programs Supervisor at WCDPHE, about how teens can utilize My Life, My Quit to kick these unhealthy habits and take back control of their lives.
