Peeping Toms, something I thought happened mostly in movies, have become a pretty regular occerrance in Colorado this year.

Back in February of 2020, a female CSU student reported a peeper who yelled at her and made sexually suggestive gestures. Police were unable to locate the suspect.

Then there was Vincent Calhoun, the serial window peeper of Fort Collins who was arrested on September 22 after an officer found him trespassing near a residential window.

This followed multiple reports of suspicious activity in the area.

Now, the second week of October, another 'suspected' peeping Tom has been arrested.

According to 4 CBS Denver, investigators found multiple images and videos on the suspect's phone that police believe were taken through windows in the University Hill area of Boulder.
