Veterans Day Perks in Colorado: Coffee, Discounts, and More Deals for Vets
Veterans Day is November 11. We want to start by saying thank you to all who have served our nation past or present.
Many places in Colorado offer discounts, deals, and free items for Veterans on their special day. One company, with hundreds of locations across the state, is giving out free coffee for men and women who have served our nation.
It is a small gesture to show that they appreciate Veterans in Colorado.
Starbucks Giving Coffee for Veterans Day
Starbucks is giving away free coffee on Veterans Day to Veterans, active duty, and military spouses in Colorado and nationwide.
You can receive a free hot or iced coffee if you are a veteran, active duty, or a military spouse.
Starbucks also says that it will donate $200,000 to the Elizabeth Dole Foundation and the Wounded Warrior Project. The Elizabeth Dole Foundation specifically helps military caregivers. The Wounded Warrior Project is a great non-profit that helps and provides services for veterans and active duty who were injured during their time of service.
Veterans and Colorado
Colorado loves our veterans. In fact, Denver and Colorado Springs were rated among some of the best cities to call home if you are a veteran.
