Todd’s Favorite Vegetable Is Brussel Sprouts! What’s Yours? [POLL]

When I was growing up, there was no question that corn was my favorite vegetable. However, recently my wife and I were introduced to fresh brussel sprouts and I believe I have a new favorite.

Yesterday we bought brussel sprouts in their natural form.  They grow on a stalk. My wife and I saw them in the store and had to buy them.

I steam them first. Then I cook them in melted butter.  They almost melt in your mouth. When prepared properly, brussel sprouts are simply delicious.  What is your favorite vegetable? Please answer our poll.
