First they had a Subway, then a Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. Now Timnath is getting a Taco Bell, a Starbucks, and possibly a Chick-fil-A.

According to the Coloradoan, the planning commission approved a proposal for a 2,565-square-foot Taco Bell on Tuesday. Officials approved a Starbucks in October and could hear a proposal for Chick-fil-A next year.

 When & Where

Construction on the Taco Bell is scheduled to begin in January and wrap up in May. The store would be built on a 1.1-acre spot south of Harmony Road near Costco.

Cache La Poudre Investors North owns the land where the 2,385-square-foot drive-thru Starbucks is slated. Altogether, the Denver-based group owns about 6.6 acres north of Harmony Road.

The yet-to-be-approved Chick-fil-A would be near the Walmart shopping center.
