This is the Most Expensive Home for Sale in Weld County

If you are looking to live big in Weld County and have a few million dollars in your budget, you could totally buy the most expensive home that is currently for sale in the county. According to Zillow, the most expensive home in the county is just outside of Gilcrest.

The 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home built in 2002 is currently listed at $4.9 million. The lot is 154 acres and has a really neat oven in the kitchen.

The bathroom looks like a mighty fine place to relax as well.

The home looks very welcoming and has plenty of room to roam on those 150+ acres of land.

But my favorite part has to be all the garage space. Just look at the woodshop. It was like this home was meant for us.

Well... It would totally be meant for us if we had almost $5 million. At the asking price and 20% down ($980,000), the monthly mortgage cost would be approximately $22,000.
