Fort Collins Police Department Needs Your Help to Identify Dead Man
The Fort Collins Police Department needs your help to identify a man who was found dead lying on the banks of a pond in the Cottonwood Hollow Natural Areas yesterday (Sunday, October 14th). Investigators are having difficulty identifying the subject due to the decomposition of the body and lack of other identifying information.The Larimer County Coroner believes the body may have been in the area of in the 2800 block of East Prospect Road for a minimum of two months or longer.
The subject is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5’5” to 5’7” tall, between 50 to 70 years of age, with possibly brown balding hair on top and has been missing his teeth for a long period of time. The deceased male also had two unique tattoos, an animal with fangs and flames on his left shoulder, and unidentifiable tattoo on his right shoulder.
