The First Ever Coors Field Concert Had Fireworks, Country Music
Coors Field turned 25 on April 26, and while there have been many memorable moments in the history of the great stadium, one in particular stands out above the rest.
One of the most memorable moments in the history of the field is the first ever concert that was held on its turf on August 6, 2001 after a Rockies game. The concert was held during the third annual "Evening of Stars and Fireworks" and featured Toby Keith and Montgomery Gentry.
The first "stand-alone" concert happened on July 3, 2015 and featured the Zac Brown Band.
