I love Texas for many reasons but mostly for their "we really don't care what you think" attitude when it comes to common sense.  Now, two stores in the Houston area are doing something never done before in the chains history. NO SAGGING ALLOWED!

Everyone knows what 'sagging' is but if you're not familiar with the term, it's when those super cool teen boys wear their pants down to their knees, exposing things none of us want to see, thinking they are the coolest things since sliced bread or ice cubes.

Well, two Houston McDonald stores have had enough and finally put their big Texas style boots down.  Franchise owners can set their own dress codes and I can only hope that more and more restaurants follow their lead.

Pull your pants up or don't come in. Try to have some decency and respect for others. No one wants to see your underwear - Houston McDonalds Manager

The rule doesn't apply to children 3 years and younger and McDonald's isn't the first to institute this rule in Texas. Over 100 malls and businesses throughout the State have also banned 'saggers' from entering their place of business as well.
