Wyoming Winter Weather

The Wyoming Department of Transportation says it could be Thursday afternoon before Interstate 25 between Cheyenne and Wheatland reopens.

I've only been in Wyoming for a couple of years, but I've already forgotten what it was like to experience this state for the first time. One new visitor was apparently spooked by what they called a "road blizzard".
