When it comes to driving in Colorado, should smoking and driving be illegal?

According to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, smoking is banned from most public places.

Effective December 26th, 2019, the minimum age for buying tobacco products (cigarettes, cigars, vaping products, etc.) is now 21.
