Greeley's annual Spring Clean-Up Weekend is almost here. Residents that want to clear out some space in the basements or attics can get rid of things they don’t need, and even recycle a lot of it. The town clean-up is scheduled for April 26th and April 27th, 2013. Need to know what you can drop off and where to do it?

Larimer County residents may drop off their Christmas trees for recycling at the Larimer County Landfill at 5887 S. Taft Hill Road, Fort Collins, free of charge through January 21st.

Now that the deal is done and you've begun working on next year's Christmas list, it's time to get rid of that old tree.

Every year it happens... the excitement of Christmas, the anticipation of a fresh tree in the house. The tree smells wonderful and the family takes care to decorate it with care. All your favorite ornaments make their annual appearance and glisten against the lights. The living room sparkles the whole season. Then it happens

This weekend was the annual Christmas decoration clean up at the house. This is always a difficult time for me. I just love Christmas and the feeling it brings so I hate taking down the decorations...okay bottom line is I am lazy and it takes some work to do.
