Cheyenne Frontier Days brought out record crowds all week long.

My Wife and I went camping at Dowdy Lake Campground while I was on Vacation.  It is a beautiful spot 48 miles north of Fort Collins in the Red Feather Lakes Area of the Roosevelt National Forest.  The lake is peppered with natural rock formations that really add to its beauty. It's well worth the $25 a night to camp there.

The first full day of Country Jam 2013 was a huge success with performances by Open Range, the LoCash Cowboys, Lee Brice, and Montgomery Gentry. The main theme of it all? Fun! No matter where you looked, everyone was just hangin' out, havin' fun.

Thursday was officially military night at Country Jam, so the crowd was decked out in red, white and blue. Known for their patriotism, Montgomery Gentry put on a great show that had fan jamming out and partying until late into the night. Everyone celebrated in their own unique way, and we grabbed some photos from the crowd.

There is nothing more beautiful than a Northern Colorado Sunset. I was able to capture a few pictures of the beautiful sunset Saturday night with my iPhone.

Taking good pictures is a really tricky skill to perfect, yet when photos are shot correctly, they can be awesome. (See: photobombs and perfectly-timed versions). But there is a bright side to photography failure -- sometimes it can create a weird and strangely entertaining creation. Cue: panoramic fails.

Yesterday as Todd was driving home, he was admiring the massive carbergs he encountered along the way. Todd snapped a few photos to share with you.

There are few places more beautiful than right here in Northern Colorado; I don't have to tell you, I know. That being said, we see amazing pictures of Colorado all of the time, whether it be an amazing sunrise, an elk in Estes Park or a shot of our beautiful city. Any photo that you find amazing from our neck of the woods, we want to see!
