The Greeley Stampede is introducing the Greeley Stampede Backyard in 2017. The Backyard will include the Extraction Stage, Stampede Saloon and the food court.

Today is the birthday of one of the nicest and most talented performers I have ever seen. Today Phil Vassar turns 53. Phil has always been so kind to us here at K99.

One of the best guys in country music happens to be one of the best entertainers as well. Phil Vassar is one of the good guys. Today is Phil's birthday. Phil celebrates his 52nd birthday so I felt he was due a tribute.

Phil Vassar joins the Good Morning guys in support of the 28 Hours of Hope at March 28th, 2013. Phil Vassar has been a long-time supporter of the 28 Hours of Hope and the Good Morning Guys are happy to welcome him back again this year.

Don't forget tonight's acoustic performance with Phil Vassar and Craig Morgan at the Union Colony Civic Center. Chances are also very high that you will hear Vassar's new Christmas single called "Santa's Gone Hollywood."

High Valley is opening for Phil Vassar and Craig Morgan's Acoustic Christmas tour tonight at 7:30at the Union Colony Civic Center in Greeley. Brian and Todd will have High Valley live in the K99 studio in the 9 o'clock hour this morning.

What a treat to hang out with Craig Morgan on Wednesday. And come to find out they flew into Denver from Alaska just to come by and tell the K99 crew hello before heading BACK to Washington for a show Thursday night. Big thanks to our Operations Manager, George King, for knowing Craig personally because that was a major reason for the big swing all the way to Windsor.

Over the weekend Brian and I marked the beginning of our 25th year on the air together at K99 as the Good Morning Guys.  We decided to pull a few photos from the archives and share our thoughts about what was going on at the time.  Brian and I have interviewed Phil Vassar a dozen times over the past 25 years.  He has been on our 28 Hours of Hope 8 or 9 times.  Phil even let us sing on stage with h

K99 is playing the new Phil Vassar single "Let's Get Together".  It is a great summer party song and appears as if the video were filmed at a party in Phil's back yard.  It is kind of reminiscent of Vassar's top-ten hit from 2001, "Six-Pack Summer".  What do you think of the song?  Here is the video:
