Movember

Yesterday was a first for me. I had my very first colonoscopy. I am a 52 year old man and everyone my age needs to have one of these...period. I am trying to take care of all aspects of my health and this colonoscopy has been on my mind since I turned 50 so it was time to get it done.

Tomorrow I am going in for my first colonoscopy. I can't say I am looking forward to it like a birthday party but I know it's something that all men my age should have done. I know that tonight I get to start drinking a barrel of liquid that will make me turn into a human sprinkler.

Over the last few years we have been hearing more and more about the month of "Movember". "Movember" is to remind us all of men's health issues through the entire month of November. You will see a lot of guys who shouldn't, try to grow a moustache or beard to remind us all of being alert
