Several people have ganged up for a benefit that involves you doing something you routinely do anyway, and having fun at the same time.

Over the weekend a team of 1st responders rescued an injured climber near Estes Park. We have pictures from Larimer County Search and Rescue.

After the passing of 2 special search and rescue dogs this year, Larimer County Search and Rescue is welcoming a new addition to their team.

The Larimer County Search & Rescue team is an integral part of keeping our community safe. Even with so many volunteer hours, it's not a cheap service and they could use our help for them to continue doing all the awesome work they do.

Now through December 31, Larimer County Search and Rescue is accepting indications of interest for their new recruit class in February 2016.

This past weekend Larimer County Search and Rescue members successfully passed their re-accreditation test for the Mountain Rescue Association.
