Lady Antebellum performed their No. 1 hit "What I'm Leaving For" for the 'One World: Together at Home' TV special.

The trio became a five-piece for the evening.

As one of the song's writers, Ryan Hurd could have cut "What If I Never Get Over You" -- but ultimately, he's glad it went to Lady Antebellum.

"I think it's gonna connect more with fans, who hopefully can see that our kids, our families, are the most important thing to us ..."

The school where the singer spent 5th through 12th grade has been felled as a result of the natural disaster.

They broke out the champagne to celebrate -- and this time around, they also got to break out the sparkling grape juice!

The ballad is everything a parent feels wrapped up in a tidy three-and-a-half minutes.
