Sushi is by far one of my favorite meals to have. There are various sushi restaurants in the city of Fort Collins and most of them will provide a truly great experience. Personally, JAWS sushi on West Elizabeth is my personal favorite. Their Kim K roll is to die for.

All-You-Can-Eat Sushi in Fort Collins

Fort Collins did not have an all-you-can-eat sushi option for quite some time. That was until Sushi-Fi opened on E Harmony back in June.

I have gone to Sushi-Fi a few times since it opened and I remain a fan. They have a basic all-you-can-eat option for $33 a person and a premium all-you-can-eat option for $48.

I typically go for the basic roll option and I am more than satisfied with my experience.

New Sushi Experience in Fort Collins

There is now another all-you-can-eat sushi spot in Northern Colorado. The new restaurant is called Sushi Izumi. The restaurant opened its doors in October and there has been a lot of enthusiasm about more all-you-can-eat sushi options in Fort Collins.

Sorry to make the pun, but there are now more choices in the Choice City.

I have not been to Sushi Izumi yet. However, while looking at their menu, I found that Sushi Izumi has rolls that are approachable and a little something for every taste pallet. Sushi Izumi offers classic rolls, sashimi, special rolls, and other great cuisine.

You can check out the new Sushi Izumi at 200 West Prospect Road Fort Collins, CO 80526.

This Local Colorado Mexican Restaurant Is One Of The Best

After opening in 2008, Las Palmeras Mexican Restaurant has become one of the area's very best locally-owned places to get delicious, and authentic Mexican food. We found this place by accident years ago while driving hungry down Main Street in Longmont and have been regulars ever since.

The owner, the staff, the food, and the drinks are all top notch and that's what makes this one of Colorado's top choices for delicious Mexican food. It's also a perfect place to watch sports!
