
Snow Shutting Down School in Northern Colorado on Monday
A number of Northern Colorado schools have declared Monday (Oct. 26) a "Snow Day."
Most of the closures extend to remote classes as well as in-person learning.
These school districts have already called classes as more snow is expected on Monday morning:
- Poudre School District (Fort Collins and Wellington): All in-person and remote classes are canceled.
- Thompson School District (Loveland and Berthoud): All in-person and remote classes are canceled and district offices will be closed.
- Greeley-Evans School District 6: All in-person and remote classes are canceled.
- Weld RE-4 (Windsor and Severance schools): Elementary students have no school. Secondary students will be in remote/online learning.
- Weld RE-5J (Johnstown and Milliken): All in-person and remote classes are canceled and district offices will be closed.
- Colorado State University: The college has also decided to cancel all Monday classes and close all offices.
