Simplicity has been the rule for Superbowl snacks. I think that you will have fun making these and they will fly out the kitchen quickly.

What You'll Need:

2 pkg crescent seamless dough sheet. 1/4 cup butter, 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder-whatever you have, 1 tsp dried parsley flakes-if you don't have and don't usually use don't buy them just for this recipe, 1 lb of hamburger, 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce-or homemade (whatever is easiest for you), 1 small container of ricotta cheese or small curd cottage cheese, 1 pkg shredded Italian cheese or mozzarella.

Putting it all Together:

brown the hamburger and add the pasta sauce, let cool slightly. Pop open the dough and cut each pkg into 12 squares, press each square into a muffin tin (do you remember my taco bowls with the biscuits? Kind of like that, you will have pointed edges) mix a handful of the cheese in with the ricotta with a dash of parsley and garlic- set aside- then melt the butter, rest of the parsley and garlic together and brush the insides of each dough squares, then add a drop of ricotta mixture, top with a drop of meat with sauce and top with a pinch of cheese. Bake in a pre heated 375 degree oven until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
