I love playing with my food and recreating meals that we have eaten for years. Not changing the integrity of the recipe, just kicking it up a bit. I think that you'll like this Sesame Chicken Wonton Wraps recipe, it's quick, easy and tasty. This recipe is good for dinner or as appetizers.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, a bottle of House of Tsang Sweet Ginger Sesame Grill Sauce, soy sauce, a package of wonton wrappers and sesame seeds (optional) Oil for frying
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
Dice the chicken, toss in the sweet ginger sesame sauce with a splash or two of soy sauce and let sit for at least ten minutes. In a hot skillet add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes then remove from skillet/heat. Toss with more sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Take spoonfuls of the chicken, about a heaping Tablespoon, in the center of a wonton wrapper, wet the edges of the wonton and fold over into a triangle, fry in hot oil until the wontons start to bubble a bit and rise to the top. Use extra sauce for dipping and if this is for dinner make some rice to team up with these tasty yummy's.
