Recipe Rescue: Peanut Butter Energy Balls for a Quick Burst of Healthy Energy
Whenever the need for a snack hits or your dragging and need an energy boost, check out this recipe for peanut butter energy balls. They're healthy and crazy good.
RECIPE RESCUE PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BALLS
- 1 2/3 cup of instant oats
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (we used white chocolate)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate Craisins
- 1Tbs Chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients till fully incorporated and chill for 20-30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and form balls, you should have about 20 balls.
Enjoy as a snack or paired with fruit for a healthy, energy packed breakfast.
