RECIPE RESCUE PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BALLS

  • 1 2/3 cup of instant oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (we used white chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate Craisins 
  • 1Tbs Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients till fully incorporated and chill for 20-30 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and form balls, you should have about 20 balls.

Enjoy as a snack or paired with fruit for a healthy, energy packed breakfast.
