Playgrounds To Reopen in Fort Collins This Week
Kids can return to Fort Collins playgrounds this week.
The City of Fort Collins announced its latest wave of reopenings on Wednesday (June 10), stating that playgrounds will be reopened by the end of the week. Loveland and Greeley playgrounds reopened to the public late last week.
Fort Collins will limit its playgrounds to 10 users at one time. Basketball courts and the city's in-line skate rink will be limited to 25 users at a time.
Sports fields can be used by groups of 10 or less.
A few public park amenities will remain closed:
- All water features (splash pads)
- Skate park and handball courts at Northside Aztlan Community Center
For more information on the reopenings, visit the city's official parks department website.
