Penrose Taphouse & Eatery Comes to The Exchange in Fort Collins

Just in time for everything to reopen, Penrose Taphouse & Eatery is officially welcoming Fort Collins residents in.

Penrose Taphouse & Eatery comes from the same great minds behind D.C. Oakes, and brings a similar coziness to The Exchange in Fort Collins. They offer "great food and handcrafted ales", according to their Facebook page, and are open from Monday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

According to early reviews, their burger is one of the best things on the menu but they also teased a buffalo chicken sandwich on their Instagram that I'm, personally, dying to try.
