Parker was beaten by Evans, Georgia for the top spot, however, our Colorado town scored a nice spot in second place. Parker's population is around 59,000, with a median household income of $114,000.

Out of the top 10 places to live, Parker has the second most expensive median home price of $486,000. The most expensive median home price was in Franklin, Tennessee (ranked 8th) with $495,000.
